Kara focuses on new opportunities for build-to-suit retail development with GECMAP Development, a cash developer. Prior to working for GEMCAP Development, Kara was a project/property manager at The Providence Group – concentrated on opening Optimist Hall. Kara began her career with Childress Klein as a property manager for the suburban portfolio. During her time at CK, she assisted with onboarding over 500,000 SF of newly developed office space. Kara completed the MSRE program in 2019.
