As Construction Manager for Lincoln Harris, Scott Carr is responsible for the management of design, procurement, construction, and delivery of construction projects on behalf of Lincoln Harris developed properties, third party managed properties and projects managed directly for the end user.  Prior to his current position, Mr. Carr was a project executive for Rodgers Builders. Some of the projects he managed included Lowes corporate headquarters, the US National Whitewater Center, and various projects for Grubb Properties.  Previously, Mr. Carr was a senior project manager with Skanska USA building. Some of the projects he managed included various schools for CMS, Streets at South Point Mall, Market Pavilion Hotel in Charleston, and interior renovations for Carolinas Medical Center.  Mr. Carr has a BS in Civil Engineering degree from Virginia Tech and a MBA from the University of Baltimore. Mr. Carr is a LEED AP BD+C, Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control and has the ability to obtain a general contract license in eight states.
