Benjamin works with multiple subsidiaries of Sunbelt Housing Management as a Market Analyst, Project Consultant, and Broker. He started the MSRE program in 2015 with four years of experience in the industry to strengthen his skillset in real estate cash flow analysis, debt/equity financing strategies and sustainable development. Benjamin is a member of Urban Land Institute, National Association of REALTORS®, a licensed NC Real Estate Broker and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the East Carolina University College of Business.
