Rad is a talented Civil Engineer who has accumulated an impressive portfolio of project experience nationally and in the Charlotte market, and who has become a leader in land development and transportation engineering. His responsibilities include project management, permitting, design, calculations, and inspections that serve his clients throughout the Southeastern United States. Rad oversees projects from concept to completion while also playing a key role in the daily civil design efforts, including site layout, grading, stormwater management, erosion control, landscape design, and utility design. Rad also offers a valuable perspective to his clients regarding programmatic development from his experience managing projects for real estate developers on a national scale.
Rad earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Kentucky in 2007. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in North Carolina, South Carolina and Texas, and he holds a North Carolina Real Estate Broker’s License.
Rad is an active member of and sits on various committees within NAIOP, ULI, CREW and the Charlotte City Club.
