Mike Thomas graduated from Marquette University in 2009 with Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Commercial Real Estate. He is currently enrolled as a part-time student in the Masters of Science in Real Estate program at UNC Charlotte. Mike joined Wells Fargo in 2010 and is currently a Business Initiatives Manager in the Commercial Mortgage Servicing Group; industry leader in CMBS Servicing , managing a combined portfolio of commercial real estate loans valued at $450 billion. Prior to his current position, he worked as a Credit Analyst and assisted an Asset Manager in managing a $9 billion portfolio of 13 CMBS deals. Before joining Wells Fargo, Mike held internships at Fiduciary Real Estate Development, Mid-America Real Estate Group, and Moreno & Company Real Estate Development. He is a licensed real estate agent in California and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Urban Land Institute of Charlotte (ULI).
