Lei ( Ray) Hou is a native from China, and he attended the University of Alabama as an undergrad and majored in quantitative finance. He is now a full-time student in the Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) program. Upon graduation, he intends to advance his career in Portfolio Investment Management/ Asset Allocation space. He is currently an Urban Land Institute Student Fellow and also actively involved in ULI, CCIM local chapters. During his spare time, he enjoys travel, playing music, and spend time with friends and family. He is also a practicing buddhist.
