Joleen Stephan-Mease is an experienced real estate and facilities/property management professional with a passion for planning, design, the site/landscape, construction, and interiors/up-fits. Joleen has been with Wells Fargo since 1999 as a Property Portfolio Manager in their Corporate Properties Group, and is capable of holistic facility administration: strategic planning, understanding both exterior and interior building components, vendor management, lease execution, tenant relations, to implementing best practices for cost-effective operations.
