As a managing director of TARIS Real Estate, Mr. Flowers is actively involved in the acquisition and equity sourcing for TARIS Real Estate’s real estate investments. Based in Charlotte, N.C, Mr. Flowers is also responsible for asset management for properties in the Southeast markets.
Prior to joining TARIS, Mr. Flowers was a partner at Succession Capital Partners, a specialty investment and advisory firm investing in real estate opportunities and operating companies. Mr. Flowers was the Founder and President of Carolina Income Property Group responsible for originating, developing, managing and exiting real estate investments. Prior to starting Carolina Income Property Group in 2004, Mr. Flowers was a founding Partner of The Nichols Company, Inc., a boutique commercial real estate brokerage firm also based in Charlotte, N.C. Mr. Flowers began his real estate career with Childress Klein Properties, focused on marketing and leasing income producing properties for retailers and regional name brands throughout the Southeast.
He graduated Phi Sigma Tau from Wheaton College with a bachelor’s degree in philosophy. Mr. Flowers is a licensed commercial real estate broker in N.C., S.C. and GA. He is also a member of ULI, CRCBR and ICSC as well as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), which is a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate.
