Andy Miller is a successful architect with over thirteen years of experience on a wide range of project types, including affordable and market rate housing, health care, and commercial construction. Since graduating with a Masters in Architecture from UC Berkeley in 2000, he has worked on many award-winning projects in California and Vermont, with management experience ranging from conception through completion. He is currently pursuing the Master of Science in Real Estate degree at UNC Charlotte to enhance his understanding of the financial aspects of development in order to promote high quality, sustainable, urban environments through development and policy. Andy is a licensed architect and a member of both the Urban Land Institute and American Institute of Architects. His development career interests include affordable/market rate housing, adaptive reuse, urban infill, and mixed-use development.
