The Childress Klein Center for Real Estate was established with support from the real estate industry and program alumni. Their commitment to supporting our goal to recruit and attract top real estate students seeking comprehensive and interdisciplinary graduate education in commercial real estate studies has led to the development of CKCRE scholarships. Financial contributions from M.S. in Real Estate alumni have supported course development, special events as well as the following scholarships for incoming graduate students.
The Real Estate Alumni Scholarship (REAA) Ambassador is given by the Real Estate Alumni Association (REAA) at UNC Charlotte to expand the professional opportunities available to the alumni and students of UNC Charlotte through its networking, mentoring, fundraising and advocacy. This annual scholarship provides $3,000 to a student who works with the REAA Board to facilitate communication between and among current students and real estate alumni, with preference given to second-year students.
The MSRE Scholarships are given by the Childress Klein Center for Real Estate to support admitted and/or enrolled students in the Master of Science in Real Estate program annually.
