On October 30, 2020, the Childress Klein Center for Real Estate hosted the Second Annual State of Charlotte Housing Summit. This virtual event featured a presentation of the State of Housing in Charlotte report by Dr. Yongqiang Chu, director of CKCRE. The summit was followed by two panel discussions on owner-occupied and rental housing markets and featured Charlotte real estate experts.
