Dr. Richard Buttimer, then director of the Childress Klein Center for Real Estate, led the inaugural summit on the State of Housing in Charlotte on February 21, 2019. The first report included a comprehensive inventory of housing stock, an analysis of housing affordability across all income levels and a higher-level comparison of the Charlotte regional housing market. Two panel discussions and a networking reception followed the presentation.
