Daniel Wright teaches the principles and process of real estate development. He has been actively involved in the real estate industry since 2004 with roles as project manager for retail, office, medical-office, and multi-family developments and as asset manager for institutional land investments ranging from 10-3,000 acres.  He has experience in all aspects of development including negotiations, financing, design, planning, construction, entitlements, contracts, and investor relations. His research interests are in the connections and conversations associated with the built environment and their impact on financial and social capital.  He recently presented at the 2018 American Real Estate Society conference on the topic of coworking and historic sacred places as well as published the findings with the Philadelphia Real Estate Council.  Wright holds a bachelor's degree in Architecture from the University of Utah, an MBA from Brigham Young University, and a master’s degree in Real Estate from Cornell University, where he was Executive Editor of the Cornell Real Estate Review.
