Why is there a lack of technology in real estate?
“There is a desire for concrete evidence on return on investment, which is sometimes harder to come up with. If it’s a new, intuitive technology, how is it making our processes any faster or easier? So until you have used that technology, or have concrete data, it’s hard to prove it has ROI.” - Sigrid Feder
